1. A quick overview

Welcome to veefivee. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit veefivee.com, explore our resources, or contact us about a project. We believe enquiries, ideas and business conversations deserve care and discretion.

In short: we use information to run our website, understand general website usage, answer enquiries and provide agreed services. We do not sell your enquiry details or share them with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

This is our general website privacy policy. The LogIn browser extension has a separate product-specific privacy policy covering its additional authentication and access functions.

2. What information we receive

  • Information you choose to send: your name, email address, industry, role, message, and anything you voluntarily share when contacting us or requesting a free consultation.
  • Project information: requirements, documents, credentials or access you choose to provide during an agreed client engagement. We only request what is relevant to the work.
  • Basic website activity: pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser information and usage events collected through analytics and website/security services.
  • Technical details: network and connection information that hosting and security providers may use to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Our public website does not ask you to create an account merely to read articles. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the general consultation form.

3. Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall website traffic, which articles are helpful, and how visitors navigate the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may process information such as page views, browser/device details and approximate location, subject to Google's technologies and settings.

Analytics data is handled by Google as a service provider and may be transferred or processed in countries outside your own. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use supported Google Analytics opt-out options. Blocking some technologies may affect the accuracy of our website measurements.

Google Analytics is not used to publish the contents of your private consultation messages.

4. Cloudflare SSL/TLS and security

We use Cloudflare's SSL/TLS and website security capabilities as part of protecting connections and supporting reliable delivery of our website. Encryption helps protect information while it moves between your browser and the website, and Cloudflare may process limited traffic or technical information to provide its network and security services.

We aim to restrict access to relevant business information and use proportionate technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you to contact us if you suspect an issue.

5. Consultation and contact forms

Our Free Consultation form is submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. When you use the form, the fields you enter are transmitted to Web3Forms so your enquiry can reach our team. Web3Forms processes the submission for delivery and spam protection, according to its own service practices.

We use submitted details to understand your request and reply, not to sell your contact information. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, email or a telephone service, the relevant platform or provider also handles communications under its own terms and privacy policies.

6. How we work with third parties

We do not sell client enquiries, private project conversations or contact details, and we do not disclose them to unrelated third parties for their own advertising. To run the website and deliver services, certain trusted providers process information on our behalf or as independent service providers.

  • Google Analytics: website measurement and usage analytics.
  • Cloudflare: SSL/TLS, network delivery and security functions.
  • Web3Forms: delivery of consultation-form enquiries.
  • Other service providers where necessary: email, hosting, infrastructure, payment or project tools used to carry out a service you request, subject to what we agree with you.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legitimate rights or safety, or with your permission. Where project requirements involve additional services or access, we discuss those arrangements as part of our engagement.

7. How long information is kept

We retain enquiries and project records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver agreed services, maintain appropriate business records, or comply with applicable obligations. Different technical providers may keep their own operational records under their service policies.

When information is no longer needed, we aim to remove or securely archive it as appropriate. You can contact us to ask about the information we hold about you.

8. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to access, correct or delete relevant personal information we control, subject to identity checks, legal obligations and applicable rights. You may also decline optional information requests and manage cookies through your browser.

For questions or requests, write to support@veefivee.com. If a request relates to the LogIn extension, its separate privacy policy gives additional product-specific details.

9. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy when our services, website technology or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect. For material changes, we may provide further notice where appropriate.

10. Talk to us
