How LogIn handles information while enabling administrator-managed access to shared business websites.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. Overview

LogIn is a browser extension provided by veefivee that enables organizations to manage authorized access to assigned business websites. It supports administrator-managed authentication sessions, access rules, proxy settings and device authorization. This policy describes information the extension may process in delivering these functions.

Scope: This policy applies to the LogIn Chrome extension and its supporting account-management services. Third-party websites accessed through LogIn have their own privacy practices.

2. Information we process

  • Account and administration information: account email addresses, account identifiers, user roles, account status, assigned websites and administrator-configured settings.
  • Authentication and session information: website cookies, session tokens and related authentication data needed to establish or refresh access to assigned websites.
  • Device and extension information: device registration identifiers, extension configuration, authorization status and timestamps needed for device and access controls.
  • Network and proxy configuration: assigned proxy addresses, proxy authentication settings, connection state and technical information needed to establish configured connections.
  • Website and navigation information: domains, URLs or navigation events as necessary to enforce assigned-site restrictions and perform extension functions. This does not mean that every page visited is necessarily stored.
  • Operational information: synchronization status, connection errors, and other limited technical information used to support the service.

3. How information is used

We process information to authenticate users, apply administrator-authorized sessions, synchronize or revoke shared access, enforce device and website restrictions, configure proxies, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the security and reliability of LogIn. We do not use authentication cookies or browsing information for targeted advertising.

4. How information is shared

Within an organization, authorized administrators may manage users, assigned websites, device registrations and session access. Authentication information may be transmitted through supporting backend services so that assigned users can access administrator-approved sessions. LogIn uses Supabase-backed services for account and session-related operations. Configured proxy providers and the destination websites may process network information as part of connection and website delivery. We do not sell personal information.

5. Browser permissions

LogIn requests browser permissions to support its managed-access purpose. Depending on the installed build, these may include:

  • Cookies: manage authentication cookies for assigned websites.
  • Storage: retain local configuration and session-related state.
  • Browsing data: clear session data during authorized resets or profile refreshes.
  • Bookmarks: create shortcuts to assigned websites.
  • Management: inspect installed extensions to enforce configured compatibility or access policies.
  • Proxy and webRequestAuthProvider: apply proxy settings and respond to proxy authentication challenges.
  • Tabs, scripting and webNavigation: open and manage assigned sites and support session-related page actions.
  • declarativeNetRequest and webRequest: apply access restrictions and handle network-related events.
  • Alarms: perform scheduled authorization, connection or session checks.
  • Host access: interact with administrator-assigned domains and supporting services needed for managed login.

Permissions are used for extension functionality, not for advertising or unrelated browsing surveillance.

6. Security and storage

LogIn uses browser storage and supporting backend services to manage configuration and authorized sessions. Authentication cookies, access tokens and proxy credentials are sensitive. We aim to restrict access to authorized roles and use secure transport where supported. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their browser profiles and report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Retention and deletion

Information may be retained while an organization or user account remains active and as necessary for account administration, session functionality, security and applicable legal obligations. Administrators can revoke access, suspend users and reset registered devices. Clearing local browser data or uninstalling the extension does not necessarily delete information stored in backend services. Requests for deletion of backend personal information should be sent to the contact below and may require authorization from the relevant organization.

8. Your choices and rights

Users may contact their organization administrator about account assignments, access restrictions and session management. For requests to access, correct or delete personal information processed by LogIn, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify identity and organizational authority before fulfilling a request. Rights vary by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when LogIn's functionality, data practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy on this page with a new effective date.
