1. A simple starting point
Thanks for considering veefivee. Our goal is to make working together clear, comfortable and practical. These Terms of Service explain the general ground rules for visiting our website, requesting services and working with us on creative or technology projects.
Our approach: the exact services, timeline, deliverables, price and support arrangements are discussed with you and agreed by both parties before work begins. These terms provide a general foundation, not a substitute for a specific written proposal or service agreement.
2. We agree on the work together
Before starting a paid project, we aim to agree with you on what we will build or deliver, what information or access is required, estimated timing, project milestones, and payment arrangements. Agreements may be confirmed in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, email or other written communication accepted by both parties.
If the project changes, we will discuss any impact on cost or schedule rather than treating a new request as automatically included. Where a project-specific written agreement differs from these general terms, that agreement governs that project to the extent of the difference.
3. Good work is a team effort
We will aim to communicate clearly, act professionally and keep you informed of meaningful project updates. In return, clients agree to provide reasonably accurate instructions, appropriate rights to content they supply, required access and timely feedback or approvals.
Timelines may need to change if requirements or approvals change, necessary information is unavailable, or a service provider outside our control experiences issues. We will discuss material changes with you.
4. Your ideas and information stay private
Your enquiries, private business conversations and non-public project materials are treated as confidential. We do not sell them or disclose them to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
To deliver requested work, authorized team members and relevant technology or infrastructure providers may need limited access, and we may have to share information where required by law. We aim to limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary and explain any unusual sharing arrangements. The details of how our website handles data are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments and service continuity
Project pricing, deposits, recurring fees, billing schedules and payment methods are established in the terms we agree with you. Please let us know early if you anticipate a payment delay so we can discuss it.
If agreed payments remain overdue, we reserve the right to pause work, limit access, suspend or close an associated service, where appropriate and consistent with our agreement and applicable law. We will aim to give reasonable notice and a chance to resolve the balance when practical. Restoring access may depend on payment and technical or platform availability.
6. Extensions, renewals and extra services
Need more time, another feature or continuing access to a tool or browser extension? You are always welcome to request an extension, renewal, change or reactivation by contacting us. We will discuss feasibility, available options and any additional fees before confirming the request.
Requests do not automatically extend a subscription or guarantee reinstatement: some services depend on third-party platforms, security requirements, availability or outstanding payments. Specific terms for products such as LogIn may also apply.
7. Delivery, reviews and support
We deliver agreed work according to the scope, review steps and delivery method we confirm with you. We encourage clients to check previews or working versions and tell us promptly if something does not match the agreed requirements.
Bug fixes, revisions, hosting, maintenance, updates, training and ongoing support are included only to the extent specified in the applicable agreement. We can discuss additional support or changes whenever needed.
8. Content, accounts and project ownership
You retain ownership of content, trademarks and information you provide. Rights to newly created work, code, designs, licenses, accounts or other deliverables are handled according to the agreed project terms and any relevant third-party licenses.
Unless otherwise agreed, pre-existing tools, templates, methods, libraries and third-party services remain subject to their existing ownership and licensing arrangements. We will try to make any important dependencies clear before delivery.
9. A few practical limits
We take care in our work, but no digital service can promise uninterrupted access, guaranteed search rankings, a specific number of sales, or business results outside our control. Third-party services can change their pricing, features or availability.
If something goes wrong, please contact us so we can investigate and work toward a reasonable resolution under our agreed scope. Any warranties, remedies and liability limits for a specific project should be understood alongside its written agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Keeping terms up to date
We may update these general terms to reflect changes in the way we operate. The date at the top indicates the current version. Changes to an active client's agreed commercial scope or price are discussed rather than silently imposed, except as required by law or an existing agreement.
11. Questions? Just reach out
If you are unsure whether something is included, want an extension or need to discuss a payment or an upcoming project, we're happy to talk it through.
