Chrome for desktop
Enable Developer mode
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome's address bar. Turn on Developer mode at the top-right.
Load unpacked & sign in
Click Load unpacked, select the folder containing manifest.json, then pin and sign in to LogIn Admin.
Keep the extracted folder. Chrome loads the extension directly from it. This installation method works on desktop Chrome, not on iPhone or Android.
